2. Notes of payment :
+ All the above prices are NET and exclusive of any bank charge for transferring the money to your account to ours or surcharge if payment by credit card.
+ Please be informed that payment by Bank Draft is not accepted.

3. Deposit:
Deposit 30% is required for the whole is to be submitted to Apsara Khmer Tours when confirm and the balance will be paid at least 15 days prior to the group’s arrival.

4. Rooming List:
A rooming list for the above group must be submitted to the hotel at least 15 days prior to the groups or as soon as it is available.

5. Cancellation:
Cancellation should be noticed to Apsara Khmer Tours at least three weeks prior to arrivals. Otherwise a cancellation charge of 30% on total revenue will be applied.
